Returns & Refund Policy

At Arklow Photo and Framing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will do our best to resolve the issue in line with Irish and European consumer protection laws.

Personalised or Custom-Made Items
Due to the nature of personalised gifts and bespoke framing, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made items unless they are faulty, damaged on arrival, or do not match the specifications agreed at the time of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Arklowphoto@gmail.com or 0830904147. We may request photos and will arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.

Standard (Non-Custom) Items
You have the right to cancel and return non-custom items purchased online within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer law. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your expense.

Return Instructions
To arrange a return, please contact us first. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Postal Deliveries
We take care to package all items securely. Please inspect parcels on arrival and report any issues promptly. We cannot be held responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party couriers, but we will assist with claims where possible.
